Hey there, I’m Lucy Johnston the founder of Think Eat Feel. Previously I was the owner /operator of Pro Health Studio, Byron Bay and Core Health Group, Torquay. I love to travel and live near the surf so I am based in a remote area in Australia where I can have space for my Dingo ‘Bowie’, surf, consult from home (face to face and remotely) and travel when the swell tells me to!

You will probably already know a bit of my background from social media posts and to be honest I’m not really one to go on and on about myself. So here is a very brief background: I have been a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Nutritionist and Personal Trainer since 2000.  I live and breathe sport, health and fitness. Like you I too have had injuries and setbacks from chronic fatigue syndrome to strange, undiagnosable foot injuries to even breaking my neck back and hip in an accident in 2022. So, I understand how it FEELS as well as what is REQUIRED to overcome setbacks and what is mentally needed to get back to the life you are restricted from living.  Not only that but I understand what it is like to live in a remote area with little assistance at hand and still needing to ‘do life’ when you are in pain.

After 20 years of experience working in the allied health, elite sport and the fitness industry I have realised that if there was one sure cure for something, we would all be doing it! I strongly believe we need to take time for ourselves to listen to what our body is telling us and treat accordingly”.

I believe the body can be placed in a position to heal itself with the right tools and mindset and timeframes. Optimum health can be grown and people’s passions and pursuits can be achieved, creating a happier and awe-inspiring human with a feeling that they have more years added onto their life”.

Every client is an individual and so every session is individually designed. I have worked with several professional athletes over the years, including elite sportspeople to the couch potato.  (Check out the ‘stories page’.)
